Imaginary Land, Donata’s debut album, is a powerful rebirth statement from former Nosoyo’s lead singer and songwriter. It is a healing journey through her past experiences of trauma and abuse, her newfound struggles with recognising ADHD and depression, and dealing with her mental health issues and those of the people she loves. With this album, Donata reclaims her creativity by turning singing, writing and producing into a spiritual practice to heal herself and build love and connection from a new foundation. It is the hope of a fresh beginning as we leave behind all we can no longer accept.
